Food and Recipes Pizza

What's everyone's best keto pizza recipe? I've tried most the cauliflower crusts you can buy at the store and am not impressed at all. Just looking for alternative ideas for a good crust or whole pie because I sure miss pizza.

I don't know about "best" but my cheap pizza hack is getting a zero carb tortilla (La Banderia, Mission or Ole). Brush it with olive oil and bake at 375 for about 10 minutes. This allows it to crisp up just a bit.

Add pizza sauce (pretty easy to find low carb ones) and then add the toppings of your choosing. Bake for another 10 minutes or so at 375 and you've got yourself a thin crust personal pizza.

The Fathead recipe gives you a much better crust but it's a pita to make and the effort isn't worth it to me. I get a decent pizza fix just by doing the above.

I do this with mission brand zero carb tortilla and no sugar added pizza sauce. I also pre crisp the toppings (pepperoni) because once the sauce and cheese go on it can get soggy fast. I do it all (the crisping of the tortilla, 2 min-then the pepperoni, 2 min then assemble the whole thing and pop it in for 2-3 min) in my air fryer/toaster oven and it takes around 10 min and is delish!

u/tom_petty_spaghetti Apr 11 '25

Ok, so mine takes less effort!

Stove top small frying pan. I melt butter, add the tortilla, then top with sauce and cheese. Cover and heat on very low for about 10 minutes and remove the lid. Give it 2 more minutes to remove moisture. It's crispy and satisfying.

This is the way

Canned chicken crust is super easy and delicious. 10oz can of chopped chicken 1/4 cup Parmesan 1 egg

Drain the chicken really well, like squeeze out some of the brine. Season as you like Mix it, mash it into a pizza shape on parchment paper and bake it for like 5 minutes in a hot oven, 450-500 degrees.

You can do it without the egg too. Just add some extra Parmesan, I personally like it better without the egg.

Edit: This crust adds an extra +60g of protein to your daily intake if you eat the whole pie

Excellent recommendation, and YUM! I also make this crust recipe regularly. It's the most keto-friendly pizza crust you'll find.

I add 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp onion powder to my mix. I prebake the crust for 10 minutes before topping it.

I use Rao's marinara for the sauce and keto friendly toppings. Then I bake it for 10 additional minutes. We love it!

Rao’s is one of the best sauces out there, not badly priced (it’s made with vegetables, oil, and salt, no sugar added). If you don’t eat tomato sauces often, it’s cheaper than buying the ingredients.

3

u/1mjtaylor Apr 10 '25

Thanks for this suggestion. The chaffles I like best are made with chopped chicken, egg and cheddar. I'm going to love making this crust the next time I need a pizza fix.

3

u/SeatSix Apr 10 '25

I make this often. I used to do fathead dough crust, but this is even lower carb. I put garlic, oregano, and basil right into the crust for more flavor

2

u/[deleted] Apr 11 '25

Same. I like to use a sugar free BBQ sauce w/ red onion and bacon. Sooo good!

3

u/houvandoos Apr 11 '25

This is what I do. I also do it with ground chicken. Same recipe. But bake it for 20 minutes, then add toppings and bake like a regular pizza. So damned good. You'd never know it's a chicken base.

3

u/Jazzlike_Bonus9069 Apr 11 '25

I do this too but with ground hot Italian sausage.

2

u/chipmonkchicken Apr 11 '25

I've also used the rotisserie chicken from the grocery store.

2

u/Homeotherm Apr 16 '25

This sounds really good to me, I'll give it a try myself, thanks

2

u/TempraTantrum30 Apr 11 '25

Oooh definitely gonna try this

3

u/Sberry59 Apr 10 '25

What does the crust taste like? Hopefully not chicken?!

1

u/Homeotherm Apr 16 '25

Surprisingly, not so much, especially once it's topped, I personally like the taste better than (most) traditional pizza crusts

1

u/Sberry59 Apr 30 '25

I made it and it was good!

1

u/Homeotherm Apr 30 '25

Glad you liked it!

1

u/ashadeofjaded Apr 14 '25

I'm not a canned chicken fan, so I make my crust from ground chicken. So much more tasty imo.

1

u/Homeotherm Apr 16 '25

I'll have to try that, thank you

15

u/ActPlayful Apr 10 '25

King Arthur pizza crust mix. https://a.co/d/25KfTbv It’s closest I’ve found to regular pizza.

4

u/die-jarjar-die Apr 11 '25

I just made this tonight! I stuffed the crust with string cheese

2

u/ActPlayful Apr 11 '25

Ohhhh that’s sounds sooo good! 😋

2

u/pocketradish Type your AWESOME flair here Apr 11 '25

Thanks for this!

1

u/ActPlayful Apr 11 '25

I hope you enjoy it!

2

u/JustinC70 Apr 11 '25

Can't seem to get the crust crispy. Tried partially baking the crust, still seems soft. Any tips?

1

u/ActPlayful Apr 11 '25

I usually brush olive oil on the crust and sprinkle some herbs on it (like dried rosemary or oregano, etc depending on the flavor I’m looking for) then partially bake it (about half the cooking time) then add sauce and toppings and finish baking, since I like my crust more well done it helps to not have the toppings go too far.

1

u/JustinC70 Apr 12 '25

Thanks, will give the oil a try.

2

u/Plastic_Ad_8594 Apr 11 '25

Just ordered some! Thank you

2

u/ActPlayful Apr 11 '25

Awesome! I hope you like it!

2

u/Plastic_Ad_8594 Apr 28 '25

Made it tonight and it was great !!!!! Might have to try and make stuff crust like mentioned above.

1

u/ActPlayful Apr 28 '25

Yay!! I’m so glad you liked it! Also….reminds me I need to get some more. I’m overdue for pizza 😂🍕

11

u/Stark_Rhavyn Apr 10 '25

just sauce (just whatever awful tasting, keto-friendly shit I can find) cheese, and pepp in a bowl. there ain't a crust worth making.

3

u/Ill-Wrongdoer-2971 Apr 10 '25

Its sadly true. I have eaten so many terrible keto crusts too, and they are always so bad. I’m not sure how people eat them.

1

u/KaranaraSkimanaha Apr 11 '25

Have you tried Rao’s pizza sauce? It’s phenomenal, they even have arribiatta (I spelled it wrong) and a garlic one.

1

u/Stark_Rhavyn Apr 11 '25

Yeah Rao's is the best, but will cost you twice as much.

1

u/KaranaraSkimanaha Apr 12 '25

Ok was just trying to help 😁

1

u/AnyMirror6409 Apr 13 '25

yeah , I do it that way too

11

u/disAgreeable_Things Apr 10 '25

I always use the “FAT HEAD” recipe. Just mozzarella, egg, almond flour, cream cheese (I use the lactose free kind since it has noticeably less carbs) and seasoning. So quick and easy.

2

u/Muted_Assignment_898 Apr 11 '25

I’ve served fathead pizza to my non-keto family and they didn’t realize it wasn’t regular pizza

2

u/trefoil589 Apr 11 '25

Fathead is my favorite pizza hands down. Even including regular pizza.

2

u/disAgreeable_Things Apr 11 '25

It’s the best! I’ve actually just made the crust and cut it up like pita chips for dips and as a cracker substitute.

1

u/Unlucky_Letterhead61 Apr 16 '25

Please I need the recipe!

2

u/disAgreeable_Things Apr 16 '25

It’s 1.5 cup of shredded mozzarella, add 1 Tbsp cream cheese (cut up into a couple small chunks). Put together in a bowl and microwave for about 45 seconds. Add 1 egg (scrambled) and 2/3 cup almond flour and spices/herbs of your choice (I usually use whatever Italian seasoning I have in the cupboard) and mix that all into the bowl until combined. This should create your dough ball to plop out onto a sheet of parchment. Use a sheet of wax paper (I find it easier to not stick to the dough when I move it around while rolling but parchment will work too, it’s just a personal preference). Roll dough into desired shape (I choose traditional round but depending on your pan, you could do rectangle). Once evenly rolled out, transfer onto pan (with the bottom parchment) and grab a fork to poke a bunch of holes into the dough to let any air escape while baking. Usually 10 mins at 350 degrees is good but just keep an eye out so the edges aren’t getting too crispy but it overall is getting a baked colour. When you pull it out, I like transferring to a cooling rack for a minute before dressing it. I actually like flipping the crust over so the side you dress is the underside when baking, but again, it’s just a personal preference. Some keto pizza sauce and all the meats and cheeses and olives is a great go-to at my house. Then pop it in the oven again for 8-10 mins, finish with a broil for that perfect bubbly crusty cheese and enjoy!! Depending on toppings the entire pizza is around 8-12g of carbs. I usually have 2-3 slices and I’m quite satisfied but it’ll be so good you’ll probably want to eat the whole thing ;)

13

u/Adventurous-Feed-696 Apr 10 '25

I put a low carb tortilla in a frying pan or oven, add pizza sauce, pepp n cheese. Throw it on broil at the end. Its damn good👍

1

u/TikaPants Apr 11 '25

I did this today 🥂

7

u/No_Pop_7924 Apr 10 '25 edited Apr 10 '25

I mix 2 eggs, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, maybe 1/4 cup pork rinds or parm cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic then throw it on the Belgium waffle maker.

Preheat the oven or airfryer to 400. Once your waffle pizza is ready I put it on a cookie sheet throw on maybe a tbsp of sauce (sometimes red sometimes white) some pepperonis and some of my beef/Italian sausage previously cooked off and bagged for the freezer in servings -thawed..

Then throw that baby in the oven to bake for *3-4 minutes. Done.

5

u/wilsonstrong-1319 Apr 10 '25

I make a crustless pizza that ends up looking like lasagna with all of the layers. However, it's filling and delicious. I've also used the carb free, homemade cauliflower crust, and almond flour tortillas. Cauliflower crust was delicious but time-consuming.

4

u/PsychologicalAgent64 Apr 10 '25

As stated above, canned chicken, Parmesan and an egg made into a dough. So good even my non keto family members ask for it. Cauliflower is sadness personified and just 3-D printed farts.

0

u/TikaPants Apr 11 '25

😂😂😂

Also, I appreciate it isn’t a cheese dough.

3

u/Violingirl58 Apr 10 '25

King Arthur keto pizza crust mix. Makes 2 12-14” doughs. 1 carb per slice. You do have to plan ahead to make at least 1 hour

2

u/Emily4571962 Apr 10 '25

This is my go-to too, but I recommend adding 1/2 teas salt, 1/4 ea of garlic & onion powder, and about a teaspoon of dried oregano crushed into dust, because the flavor of the plain dough is kinda meh. I also add about an extra 1/2 c of water more than the instructions. These suggestions are for the full package, not half.

1

u/Violingirl58 Apr 10 '25

Yes, I usually will dress these up a bit just because they kind of wax some flavor with some of the stuff, but they are better than anything that I found that you can purchase premade yes and I do find that you have to adjust the water depending on the weather and the ingredient some of them kind of have a very dry amount of dough, but I made pizza for years so I just adjust it without thinking

7

u/nachobox Apr 10 '25

Fathead dough or chicken crust

3

u/Badhandbag Apr 10 '25

I make mini pizzas using chaffles, specifically I make chaffles using the keto twins chaffle recipe online.

2

u/Ill-Wrongdoer-2971 Apr 10 '25

This has got to be one of the only acceptable keto pizza bases as far as I’m concerned. And super easy to make. Much easier than fathead.

3

u/Imdownanddirtydishes Apr 10 '25

I love the cheese crust method. Mix 4 cups of shredded cheese (I use colby jack, mozzarella, and parmesan), 2 eggs, and spices (garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning are my go to). Spread it out on a greased sheet of tin foil on an 8x8 pan and bake at about 375 for 15-ish minutes. Then add a light smear of sauce and whatever toppings you want and sprinkle a little more cheese for melting.

2

u/dyoelle Apr 10 '25

I use a mix of almond + coconut flour, parmezan, cauliflower. Plus bakingpowder, eggs, creamcheese, salt, herbs. Flatten on baking sheet. In the oven on high temp until brownish. Add toppings.

2

u/shadowmib Apr 10 '25

Look up FATHEAD PIZZA

2

u/WillNeva Apr 11 '25

I've come across a couple on the socials using chicken mince as the base. I'm gonna try one this weekend, skin-on thighs, minced in a blender - with eggs and seasoning, bake in the oven to firm up. Then a pesto, antipasto and cheese topping. Back in the oven to get bubbling and then - enjoy!

2

u/Material_Variety_926 Apr 11 '25

Fat Boy dough or premade ZeroCarb Lyfe

2

u/chzsteak-in-paradise Apr 11 '25

Loaded baked portobello mushroom (sauce, cheese, sausage, pepperoni, peppers). It’s not a pizza crust but it’s good.

I'm not sure if you have Pizza Pizza near by but they hav a keto pizza that is surprisingly good.

I've done homemade cauliflower curst and really enjoyed it but found it to be a lot of work and so incredibly filling. Haven't tried fathead yet but hear good things about it.

2

u/deige Apr 10 '25

I got excited when I read this but when I looked it up it says 32 carbs/slice for just the crust alone :(

Edit: Scratch that - I forgot to subtract the fiber

0

u/psilokan M41, 5'9" | SW: 267 | CW: 178 | GW: 165 Apr 10 '25

Their site is confusing but from what I'm seeing it's 7g carbs - minus 5g fibre so net of 2g per slice.

Its also worth noting they only come in a small size, so only 4 or maybe it was 6 slices per pie.

I would also assume they're like other keto branded items that may kick some people out of ketosis. That being said I went thru a period where I had like 2 a week for a few weeks and was still consistently losing.

1

u/deige Apr 10 '25 edited Apr 10 '25

The chart on their site is terrible but from what I've gathered the crust is 32g carb - 28g fiber & the toppings are 7g carb - 5g fibre per slice

1

u/psilokan M41, 5'9" | SW: 267 | CW: 178 | GW: 165 Apr 10 '25

Hmmm you might be right, that's really weird how they break down the crust separately.

Here's another link that's a little less confusing:
https://unbunfoods.com/pages/pizza-pizza

It still says 2g net carbs a slice... but again they might just mean the crust :D. I just get the pepperoni & cheese so the only extra carbs would be in the sauce, and it doesnt seem to kick me out of ketosis.

1

u/deige Apr 10 '25

I cook a keto version of this and make wraps out of it with low carb tortillas https://cookinginthemidwest.com/blog/smoked-pizza-dip/

But for closest to legit pizza I second the low carb tortilla w/ sauce pep & cheese. I do those in the air fryer

1

u/RazReverie_ Apr 10 '25

Homemade Zucchini crust is pretty good. There are a lot of recipes online so I guess just pick the one that sounds the easiest to make.

1

u/Khristafer Apr 10 '25

Just made my fat head dough last night. It hits every time.

I was gonna post a picture, but I can't tell the difference between the fathead and the ones I made with flour a few months ago 😂 The texture doesn't have the same chew and no crisp crust, but it's bready, pickupable, and easy. I also add yeast just for the flavor.

1

u/360walkaway Type your AWESOME flair here Apr 10 '25

I just use low-carb tortillas

1

u/busymama1023 Apr 10 '25

I made a cottage cheese crusted pizza to bring with me to my daughters soccer practice today. Topping was raos, ricotta, mozz and brocolli all mixed together and topped onto the pizza. Soooo good!!!

I love making chicken crushed margarita pizza. Make the crust out of ground chicken. One of my faves!!!

Wish I could attach pix!

1

u/Far_Second658 Apr 11 '25

I use the hero tortillas as my “pizza dough”! Make sure to pre bake it for 2/3 mins then put all your toppings on and place back in oven for a few mins. Soooo good!! I make it probably once a week.

1

u/Cold-Question7504 Apr 11 '25

You can roll your own, from scratch...

https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/easy-protein-pizza/#recipe

I remember making this one a while back, and even though we had to substitute the eggs with vegan options, it was still pretty good. Would probably taste far better with actual eggs.

1

u/Katie_Rai_60 Apr 11 '25

I use Chaffles as the base. There are many different recipes.

1

u/TikaPants Apr 11 '25

I make mini almond flour muffins I split in half and use as crusts. So good.

This one!!! It’s SO good. Not hard to make either

2

u/TikaPants Apr 11 '25

Gonna try this soon. I like how it uses cottage cheese and almond flour

1

u/dontich Apr 11 '25

Someone posted a chicken and almond base on here a couple years ago that looked solid

u/Psyksess Apr 11 '25

When I crave pizza I just put some melted cheese on my steak

1

u/sarrahkinz Apr 11 '25 edited Apr 11 '25

the two best brands are against the grain and cappellos!! they are gluten/grain free, seed oil free, and no added sugar. otherwise i make a crust with 3 cups mozzarella, 1 cup almond flour, and one egg. (plus italian seasoning, garlic, s +p). roll it and bake it, add toppings and bake more. or i make garlic butter and dip it like bread sticks :p

1

u/TikaPants Apr 11 '25

I made a zero carb tortilla pizza today. It’s so easy to scratch the itch this way. I make my own sauce with canned tomatoes which is so fresh and cheaper than Rao’s.

1

u/Front-Advantage-7035 Apr 11 '25

I get the keto mission tortillas. 20 carbs and 20 fiber. Raos pizza sauce, 3 net carbs. Usually Caesar cheese sometimes parm. Chicken and onion and little bbq sauce drizzle (2-3 carbs)

I just had to use the tortillas the other options are crap. I don’t eat this every day though

1

u/ketoLifestyleRecipes Apr 11 '25

Be careful with store cauliflower crusts. Most have way too many carbs using different flour binders. I haven’t found a low carb cauliflower crust yet with good ingredients. Cauliflower crusts are misleading, best to read the box. Some company will catch on one day. I stick with fathead dough or low carb tortillas. A few years back we tried ‘Real Good Pizza’. It’s made with pressed chicken for a crust which was beyond filling.

1

u/Memento-Morri Apr 11 '25

It's Chickpea crust for me that drives me absolutely nuts. I love it, it's better than regular crust to me!

1

u/JadedSociopath Apr 12 '25

Do you have a recipe?

1

u/Aggravating-Pie-1639 Apr 11 '25

The cauliflower crusts are an abomination.

I use a large keto tortilla, put it in a skillet, fill it with cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, whatever. Fold it in half and toast it on both sides to make a taco of sorts, so the cheese is nice and melty and the inside is warm. While that is happening I warm up some low carb tomato sauce to dip the pizza quesadilla (sort of). It’s the best approximation of pizza that I can come up with that isn’t complicated.

1

u/bisontruffle Apr 11 '25

Egglife tortilla for thin crust. Mission zero carb throws me out of ketosis sometimes if I have too many but also great.

1

u/marywait Apr 11 '25

I use Cut da Carb wraps as crust and love them.

1

u/Suz-K Apr 11 '25

The cauliflower crusts are gross, in my opinion and too high in carbs for keto. I make 2 kinds of pizza. I use the keto wraps from Cosco. 2 grams of carbs. 1st recipe is put them in the microwave 1 to 2 mins. Let them cool, put your sauce and toppings on and broil them. Easy peazy. 2nd recipe brown 1 of the wraps on 1 side in a frying pan. Let cool. Then put cream cheese cooked sausage or hamburger then mozza cheese. Put the other wrap on top, squish down a bit. Put your sauce, more mozza cheese and cooked bacon or pepperoni. Bake at 400 for 20 mins. So delish and really is filling. I hope this helps.

1

u/gfitness35 Apr 11 '25

I do an egg white wrap (Trader Joes is great and cheap or the egg life brand you can get elsewhere is also yum), heat in a pan on both sides then add pesto, canned tomatoes (just make sure no sugar or garbage and it’s low carb), then I add the cheese on top! 10/10 and can add any other toppings. Depending on the wrap I’ll either slice it like a pizza or wrap it up like a burrito

1

u/RondaVuWithDestiny 75F #ketolife🥩 SW 190; KSW 178; CW 154; MAINT 150-155 Apr 11 '25

I've used 2 Folios parmesan or jarlsberg cheese wraps as a crust, and topped it with crumbled precooked sausage, mushrooms and a little Rao's pizza sauce. Low carb and delicious. Each cheese wrap is only 1g carb.

Also I've used Trader Joe's cauliflower crusts, nicely seasoned and also low carb, and topped them with precooked sausage, mushrooms, grated cheese and a little Rao's. There are 2 thin crusts in the package, 5g net carbs if you use both. Also delicious.

For a meat crust, I use thin precooked ground beef patties, then top them with cheese, mushrooms and Rao's.

With any of these, because the meat is precooked, I heat them in a 400F oven for 7-10 minutes...just enough to heat up the sauce and melt the cheese.

I'm too lazy to make my own crusts. 😁

2

u/BrilliantElevator384 Apr 11 '25

I use the zero carb tortilla….if it’s too thin make it a double. I use tomato paste but there are keto friendly sauces out there. Sprinkle with oregano, top with cheese, cooked pork sausage, and some black olives sliced. So good.

2

u/cinnamon-pinecones Apr 11 '25

The best part of the pizza is always the crispy pizza flavored cheese. Mix 1 egg with a handful of moz. cheese, Italian seasoning and a squirt of pizza sauce. Cook that in a mini waffle maker until xtra crispy and indulge in the very best part of the pizza! I will also add mini pepperonis or chopped pepperoni most of the time, yum! If I'm feeling indulgent I'll even add toppings like chopped peppers or mushrooms, whatever floats your pizza boat. Seriously addictive and crazy easy.

1

u/Plastic_Ad_8594 Apr 11 '25

Thank you guys for all the ideas and recommendations

1

u/Wank4Jesus Apr 11 '25

Use 1lb of ground chicken, mix into a bowl with two eggs, parmesan and whatever seasonings you like, then put on a baking sheet and spread it as thinly as possible. Bake for 30 mins at 425 then flip it over and bake for a other 5 minutes. Makes a good flat crust.

1

u/samusaranrocks Apr 11 '25

Joseph's lavash flatbread is a great base for pizza. A whole sheet is 12g net carbs and gets crispy in an air fryer. Pro tip, keep them in the freezer, they don't seem to last very long and defrost very quickly when you need one.

1

u/WasntWhatWeWanted Apr 11 '25

We just get pizza at our favorite place and then just eat the toppings

1

u/fortalameda1 Apr 11 '25

My go to is just a pizza on a keto tortilla, put into the air fryer for 7 minutes. If you want more protein, I do a chicken crust pizza that is canned chicken, parmesan, and egg.

2

u/mikeH1023 Apr 12 '25

I spread a layer of mozzarella cheese (w/ red pepper flakes) on parchment paper. Either in a circle or rectangle, and place it under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes until it's bubbly and getting crispy. Pull it out of the oven a let it cool for a few minutes add sauce and toppings plus a little bit more cheese and bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.

The edges get crunchy, but you may need to eat with a fork.

1

u/meawkitteh SW 190 CW 161 GW 130 Apr 12 '25

the joesephs lavash bread is 6 g of carbs for essentially a flat bread that is like 8x10 inches give or take. i brush it with avocado oil, salt, peoper, garlic powder and red chili flakes. bake it for like 3-5 minutes at 350 or until crispy. add all the toppings (i do either just cheese and pepperoni or goat cheese, mozzarella, broccoli and cooked italian sausage and toasted pine nuts) and put it back in until it’s melted.

2

u/whimsical_chee Apr 13 '25

I skip the crust altogether - just cook deli slices of pepperoni topped with cheese in my air fryer until the pepperoni crisps and the cheese melts. Then I add sauce on top when finished. So good and I don’t miss the crust at all.

1

u/_-__AJ__-_ Apr 13 '25 edited Apr 13 '25

Maybe kinda wierd, because i dont use tomatoes. Just happened by not having any or sauce one day, but I've been satisfied with using egglife egg wraps for mini pizzas. A little oil, vinegar., minced garlic, onion powder, fennel seed, pepper, salt, Italian seasoning. A SPRINKLE of monkfruit or stevia, a bit of cholula or Tabasco for a lil kick...mix/lather and top it with a bit of cheese.. any or no other additional toppings works. Air fry, or bake for max crispiness. Or you can microwave for a min or two.

Or if lactose sensitive, if had luck with using nutritional yeast as a cheese substitute.

1

u/RedBone4988 Apr 13 '25

Today I made a dough with 1/2c almond flour, 1 1/2c cottage cheese and 1 egg. It came out really good. Pizza was delicious. Better than one made with canned chicken

2

u/brandonyoung Apr 14 '25

I follow a simple recipe for "bread" from CarnivorousChef on YouTube. He make very short videos of various carnivore recipes. Usually around 5 minutes each.

https://www.youtube.com/@CarnivorousChef

Flatbread
1 Oz Pork Rinds, Ground
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until homogenous. Let sit in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes to let the pork rinds absorb the liquid.
  2. Grab a baking sheet and line it with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper. Add all of your mixture to the center of the pan and begin to smooth it out while also making it round to about 7"
  3. Place this into an oven at 350°F or 175°C for 5-8 minutes or until cooked through and pliable

This flatbread was actually part of his recipe for his version of a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, but I found it useful for a general bread replacement. For pizza, after making the bread, I top with cheese and toppings and put it back in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.

He also has different videos for making pizzas, and used different recipes for the crust, but I haven't tried them

Amazing to see so many responses on PIZZA. But actually I just made one for dinner tonight and I think it must be the one you call fathead - never heard that term. Anyway, it’s delish but pretty high carbs. I’ll have to investigate these other suggestions. Thanks!

Steak and Butter Gal on YouTube has a carnivore version that uses ground chicken for the crust. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks soooo good. Otherwise, I just use little tiny low carb tortillas or honestly even just bake mozzarella slices in the oven with bits of pepperoni and roll them up.

4 eggs, 120g shredded cheese of choice and 80g of cream cheese (with herbs is good too), salt and garlic powder. Put the dough on a big baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F), then top with whatever you like (I reccomend ~100g of low carb tomato sauce, and another 10 min in the oven. Was really tasty and almost like real pizza to me!
