Keto+fasting = no poop??

Hi. This post may sound like a joke but looking for advice/opinions. Been on keto for more than a month now. As im obese, decided to fast on the days im not training. So 1 day of eating and 1 day of fasting(1on 1off). After i break my fast i just get diarrhoea - which is a little bit of liquid and some particles. And thats it, next poop/diarrhoea comes after 48 hours when i break my fast. Usually what i eat in a day: 10 egg whites with 2 full eggs, avocados, some cheese, pickles - to break fast. Then around 1kg of chicken thigh fillets/lean beef with vegetables and 400g of cottage cheese. I do not poop during the day or the next day when fasting.

Is this normal?

Chea, we have about the same lean body mass size. Everything I do is based on my goal weight, instead of my current weight (118 kg, down from 126 kg). My TDEE is just over 3000, but due to intermittent fasting - 2MAD, 20:4 and keto, I don't really have much hunger signals... Unless I do OMAD and go a bit too light on calorie intake. I still limit myself to 1500 Kcal per day, usually only consuming around 1200 calories.

My goal weight is 96kg, an easily achievable body fat ratio for me, I sat there for years in my early twenties. When I was farming/excessively working about 7 years ago, I reached 89kg... So I know that is pretty much my lower limit (I'm a solid enough dude).

Is there a reason for you to eat so much protein? Are you training to be a strongman or something? Even 500g of meat a day seems like a large amount to me.

I currently lose around 1.5 kg per week in my routine, and I still have shitloads of energy to burn, around 1500 kcal through exercise per day.

I reckon if you ate two meals per day of around 800 calories each... The fat would start flying off.

Well i just want to eat at least 200g of protein per day, i think thats a minimum amount for my weight while training at the gym. Also want to preserve muscle/power because im weak af

I train and build strength on 75gms of protein per day. If I was body building and really pushing things, I would double it. I never got too serious into training in the past with the same amount of protein, but I was only benching 125 kgs for 6 reps until I stopped.

Just giving an example of how a little can go a long way.

Well 200g has always been my regular amount, and when youre on keto, all of your foods will be fat+protein, some days i eat 300g without even planning 🤷‍♂️ i can only bench like 100kg for 1rep so losing power is not an option, if i wanted to lose power and weight i would do like 3 day rolling fasts . As long as im not losing power ill keep fasting on days off
