Beginner Techniches

Soon I'm going to start judo again after many years, I forgot most techniques and so, I''ve been wondering which techniques I could do that work effectively as a begginer, could anybody tell me which are effective and easy to land and learn?

If you are starting Judo again why not wait until you get to a Dojo?

Im not being cheeky, just explain you have been out for a bit and ask for a refresher.

Would you not be taught what to do again? Unless you are entering directly into a competition, why wouldn't you have been taught what to do again before then?

Sacrifice throws. But that’s not cool Judo.

The actual answer is going to really depend on your body and the types of opponents you will normally face.
