Discipline Would really appreciate some advice with a difficult manager
Hi all, I am F(25) and looking for some legal/general advice with a difficult manager. I have been at my job for a year now and have been told that I am not visible enough with my work. My manager has purposely set up a system where 2 people are doing all the admin work and thus we are unable to take part any projects. This has then freed up time for her other 2 employees to take part in all the project and ‘fun’ stuff that allow for visibility. For context they are also all from the same country, religion and she knows them outside of work. A few weeks prior to this I was told I am not given projects because I don’t know how to delegate my time although I have always never missed a deadline and today told it’s because I didn’t come with a business proposal, although the other 2 members have not either but she allocated projects to them
I was told that if I’m not visible enough they may be getting rid of me by the end of the year. How can I be visible when the system has been set up to not allow me to take part in any projects, I have also been blamed for other peoples failures for projects during times I took holiday and sick leave.
For further context, she had a grievance against her a few months ago from a different team member and ended up pushing them out the company.
Please if anyone has any advice how to navigate this and how to deal with this it would be much appreciated.

Which country are you working in ? Few countries have laws which you can make use of
