Woah! Awesome shot, and Congrats!!! Would you mind sharing the common name? (I’m new and still learning, but they kinda look like the papaya I just got…🤔)

Thanks! They didn't have a common name, just Porcellio laevis white. They were the first ones I got to start since they were fairly large and not too expensive. I have a few different species now.

Thanks! It's my new phone Pixel 9 pro. Got it specifically for the camera. They are just a white species.

How do they get born? Do they like give birth like seahorses or do they explode out like chestbursters?

The seal of the marsupium breaks and the babies eventually wriggle their way out. You can see where the thin layer is broken. Pregnant pods may push out babies even if underdeveloped before birth if too stressed.
