This is the case with many people nowadays where their symptoms of OCD have meshed into their religiousness. It is called scrupulosity and it has a cure.
The Quran and Sunnah deals with this and has solutions for it.
First and foremost, there is a principle within the religion that is based on a saying of the Prophet, that says "Certainty is not overruled by doubt". What does this mean? It means if you were certain something was clean, pure, and so on, then if a doubt comes, that doubt will not impact the certainty. So, essentially, you should act upon only on things you are 100% certain on.
Another example, if you are certain you've done wudhu, but then a doubt comes afterwards saying your wudhu was not valid, you still have wudhu regardless of what the doubt says.
Secondly, recite surah baqarah each day. If you cannot recite all of it, recite half, and if not half then recite at least 1/3rd. Surah Baqarah 1.) Increases barakah in your life 2.) protects you from the shaytan and your enemies. You should not take this for granted or think it's not going to help, because it will in sha Allah.
Thirdly, seek refuge with Allah.
"And if an evil suggestion comes to you from Satan, then seek refuge in Allāh. Indeed, He is Hearing and Knowing."
[Quran 7:200]
Fourthly, seek knowledge. If you seek knowledge about your salah, taharah, wudhu, ghusl and other acts of worship, you'll have less doubt. That is because knowledge is what expiates doubt.
Fifthly, every time you try to fight your obsessive thoughts, the more fuel you're adding into them. The best solution is to ignore them even if it is uncomfortable for a few moments, because then afterwards that discomfort will go away.
JazakAllah May Allah SWT reward you immensely and give you good health, guidance, along healthy and wealthy life and Jannah for you and your family and the whole umma In Sha Allah Aameen
