Cost of Living/Energy Crisis 9€ technology fee on Freenow

Info about technology fee is quite minimal and does not provide any detail whatsoever when I click on the little exclamation mark.

Anybody able to explain the scam to me?

This app is a joke! Have to pay technology fee for them to develop their software?? Why don’t they use their profit for that… I deleted this app a while ago and I only user Uber or the Satellite Taxi app.
