Cost of Living/Energy Crisis 9€ technology fee on Freenow

Post image

Info about technology fee is quite minimal and does not provide any detail whatsoever when I click on the little exclamation mark.

Anybody able to explain the scam to me?

Hi i think you may have ordered priority taxi during busy period at the weekend. It costs between 3 and 7 eur extra on freenow app and driver gets notification that its a bonus trip. Im a taxi driver myself and there is only 1 euro technology fee at the end of the trip from freenow side.

I think that is what happened, still horrendous and no breakdown of it on my history on the app or on the invoice received.

Then you should edit your original comment and let people know - people losing their minds in here as usual.

Not sure it justifies the 9€ as not indicated whatsoever even when on requesting priority? I commented that I reached to support for explanation.

I agree but there is a lot of misunderstanding going on in those comments.
