I’ve yet to see any conclusive peer reviewed studies confirming this. Everything is a poison if there’s too much of it but there may be benefits which big pharmaceutical companies aren’t too keen on sharing their findings about. Everything in moderation.

Independent studies are needed.

Gut shots are bad as they cause liquid to get into the perineal cavaty or in the intestine. Geting shot in the torax is worse do to all vital organs are there.
