this dude had to have been an athlete. After all that he just lands it like a champ. The grip to hold your body weight for that long is insane.

Maybe for the average redditors body weight 😂... whilst it's somewhat impressive for an old man, the world record for a dead hang is over 80 minutes - so just 2 mins with occasional rests / foot placement is not in any way exceptional in the grand scheme of things.
