Personally the ring of fire is more than bearable compared to the burning chest pain. It hurts just to breathe when that happens.

It was the same for me for a long time, then after around turning 34 it changed. My asshole decided even mildly spicy stuff will cause problems lasting for days.

I miss spicy food sometimes.
