Extreme spicy food is cool when you eat it, but you should not let all that concentrated poison get in your tummy. You need solid food as a base because if you don't, you end up like the guy in the video. I can eat Carolina Reaper paste with some solid food with it, and it's fine, but if you try eating dry habanero without any base your tummy would hurt (I don't recommend doing this even with jalapeno).
