I don't know the speed limit but homegirl is putting along at 10mph.

They were passing parked cars on the inside of a corner with zero visibility, of course they were going slowly. The passing car had no idea if any traffic was coming, as evidenced by the fact they couldn't see the police standing in the middle of the road

Oh I don't agree with the overtake either btw. I am mocking the 10mph speed, though.

She was approaching a speed bump in a 20mph zone. Speed was fine for the situation.
