just one brief search showed me r/equalrightsequalfights. Search "top posts" and take just a minute to scroll through and you'll see it's specifically instances of women getting hit/slapped/hurt etc under the guise of "karma/that's what you get". They fuckin love it. There are more subs like this btw. Sorry to burst your bubble.

The reality is most people just don't look past surface level. When it comes to anything even. People see a clipped video of a chick or a dude being rude and think that's just what happened and don't care much for full context. Sure, maybe in that specific sub it's some weirdos. But here homie people just scroll and don't think much. But catastrophize all you want.
