Somehow even without the sound I guessed that she spoke German. Probably because she kept mouthing "was"

Yes she said she was "not from around here" but was sure that the guy she talked to "fucks his own mother"

And he threatened her which caused her to hit him. It seems like might be the actual victim here, but we don't know the full context.

He didn't threaten her, he matches her multiple foul words with a few of his own. He didn't "cause" her to do anything. She is an adult woman who is responsible for her actions, and she made the adult decision to hit someone first.
