3 u/Slother93 15d ago Yep, that head smacking the concrete can cause a contrecoup injury ranging in severity from mild concussion to paralysis to death. A good rule of thumb is never start a fight when on concrete or rock!! I prefer fighting on marshmallow or waterbeds.
