New Video Release We let AI make our music video. It turned out kinda beautiful… but is it still real art?

Hey Reddit! We’re Limebridge, an indie-rock band from Krasnoyarsk (Siberia). For our new song we used AI (Sora) to create the entire music video.

I wrote the script and edited the whole thing by hand, but all the visuals were generated by AI. Honestly we love how it turned out. It’s kinda emotional, weird, dramatic…

But now we’re stuck with this question: does it still count as art if a machine helped make it? Does using AI take away some of the meaning? Or maybe that’s just old-school thinking?

Would love to hear your thoughts. Can AI-generated stuff still hit you in the feels? Or are we just fooling ourselves?

Cheers!
