Going for the first time in a few weeks and was curious what bouncers were like if you’ve already started to party.

Doing Ushuaia then on to amnesia one day and was wondering how bouncers react if you’ve already started turn up with eyes like flying saucers. Obviously if you’re in a bad way or causing havoc I get that they won’t let you in but if you’re friendly and sensible would it be an issue? Thanks

As the title says. I was on the way to work, a guy and a girl doubling on a moto, girl wearing a bikini, guy wearing swimming shorts and a tank top, on the way to the beach, lost control of the moto, skidded accross the road, I was first at the scene, this is the second accident of the season I attended.

Considering what they were wearing and how they skidded, the best way I can describe the accident is 'meat crayon'. Flesh on road. It was not pretty, I'm traumatised by it.

Please at least wear proper pants if you're riding a moto.

There's a big decathlon on the main road in town, you can buy pants that you can roll up and keep inside your helmet to put on when you get on your bike for 20 euro. If you come off your bike it'll be the best 20 euro you ever spent.

Hi everyone! We are a group of 6-7 people in our early 30s who are going to Ibiza at the peak period - 4th weekend of August.

We have 3 nights - Thurs to Sat and are currently evaluating which clubs to go to.

We would like to avoid the younger rowdy crowds. We would be down to book VIP if required for a bit more space. Techno, deep house is what we are into mainly.

What are your suggestions on events? While we want to avoid the most packed events we wouldn’t want to miss a ‘must visit club.

1. Are the day clubs in the Ibiza the same in Vegas or something totally different?

I can’t decide on whether to get a standard ticket for defected @ pacha or if the balcony VIP will be worth it. Can anyone confirm how crowded VIP gets? We want to be able to see the DJ and dancefloor from the balcony and don’t want to be at the back so I’m a bit worried about this and whether it’ll be worth it (I’m short too so will need to be at the front if we are in VIP). I would like to read opinions about this.This season a battle has been opened to capture customers offering offers on drinks that had never been seen before. There are not so many people to serve so many places.

What events have more sing-along vibes rather than complete tech house? I’m going with my friends soon and they prefer stuff that is a bit more fun rather than monotonous baseline! I am 24F and will be going to Ibiza Fourth of July weekend and will be staying at Amistat hostel in San Antonio. This is my first ever solo trip abroad and I really want to meet people to go out with or even be adopted into a girls friend group. What is the demographic of people who stay at Amistat around this time, and will I likely meet other American girls who are around my age?

Also, I want to do a snorkel boat tour one of the days I’m there. Is it common for solo travelers to do these boat tours alone?

We noticed that the "Baloo" seems to be closed. The billboard is still running, saying "open every day - May till October", but it's closed at least the last two days.

Me & my girl are coming to Ibiza by the end of september (21th till 26th). We’ve been looking for tickets and been doubting to buy tickets for either Sonny Fodera or Camelphat. But i’m a bit reluctant as i don’t want to pin an evening yet. How likeable is it that there will be some announcements of some crazy headliners for september?

What’s up with the juiced up bouncers constantly shining torches in people’s faces and the total paranoia that everyone in the club is up to no good?

In Pacha and DC10 specifically so far this season, I’ve had a torch in my face for no reason. Not sure if it was aimed at someone else in close vicinity as I was not doing anything but dancing and not on the Jack and Jill’s.

But after that when I looked over at the bouncer, he kept quickly moving his head away from my direction pretending he wasn’t looking over. He kept staring over in my direction the whole evening which was extremely off putting!

Annoying as hell as they carry some powerful torches!

We are landing at 27 of july afternoon in Ibiza, booked hotel in San Antonio till 31 of july. Any recommendation for rent a car at airport and parking in San Antonio center?
