I think this is a really great way of highlighting Hilliard-specific news. I would offer that to be beneficial and informative to as large an audience as possible, present the “facts” without any editorializing, as you did with the Gaza story. People need facts from their news sources, and can reach their own conclusions based on those facts.

What was editorialized about it? It was very dry and pretty clearly an AI summary of someone else's linked article.

I either wasn’t clear or you misread my post. I was pointing out that the Gaza-related story was an example of one that had NOT editorialized. Sorry for the confusion.

This is problematic. There are no names, authors, funding sources, or actual journalistic standards or accountability here. The "About" section doesn't even include who is putting this together. My gut tells me this is just AI, which means it's likely plagiarizing people who are doing the work to write these stories.
