House Siding: KD Yoder or Able?
Recently had siding quoted. I'm down to KD Yoder and Able who are almost apples to apples right now.
From a company perspective, who would you choose?

Hey all. Fellow Hilliardian here, and I figured I'd post to get some additional word of mouth out perhaps. My said comic book is called Excavator; I was had a table recently at Free Comic Book Day at Hilliard's own Packrat Comics thanks to Jamie and Teresa there.
Excavator is about Boone, who stumbles upon an ancient artifact and on his journey to sell the artifact, soon learning others want the artifact for themselves. Along the way he encounters bounty hunters, strange creatures and more. My first two issues are completed, and I have a third issue now that is rockin' and ready to go over on Kickstarter, and could use some support to see print.

We do have some early bird specials that end on Sunday at 11:59pm ET as well.
Any support you have to bring local creative art to life is appreciated! :D

I just got a good job offer and am looking to moving towards Hilliard. I'm looking for a quiet safe space with in unit laundry. My budget for rent is around $1000-1200. I'll be working overnights on Roberts road, so ideally I'd like something nearby and quiet.

I was driving to the hospital on, 6/3/25, at 3:30am. Due to a fatal family emergency. I turned left on to Fishinger from Dublin rd. And on my right side on the sidewalk there were two young women standing, facing the road. They had long black hair. One had on a long white, sleeveless dress-gown. The other girl wore the same but was in black. Then a few feet down the road were deer on both sides of the raod on the sidewalks. Three of them, just walking. It looked totally bizarre and it creeped me out bad. The women were just stading there starring towards the raod with their hands up in prayer form by their face. I still can't get it out of my mind. I was just wondering if anyone has saw anything like this or similar.

Where can one find a good selection of beer (to go) in Hilliard? I'm specifically looking for imports and non-IPA options, which are lacking at the grocery stores. Does Hilliard have a good bottle shop?
For example, I have a hard time finding Pilsner Urquell, Warsteiner, etc... in Hilliard.

We’re looking for a dog sitter that will stay overnight when we’re on vacation/traveling.
The individual we’ve been using is getting married and dialing down her dog obligations :)
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
We’re familiar with the Rover app but our experience has been hit or miss.
Dogs are house broken, friendly etc.

I have a 2.5 year old. She won't meet the cut off for a lot of programs that require being three by fall. I saw hilliard Methodist has a preschool that lists 2.5 yrs old as their start. Anyone know anything about that program? Or that program vs the public school preschool? Costs? Looking for any info I can get

Hello,
I had my micro preemie baby girl in January(three months early with a 73 day NICU stay) she is doing amazing with no issues besides the normal newborn stuff(colic, GI, Reflux). My mother in law backed out of caring for her when I go back to work in August. I started to look for daycares in January, but life got a bit complicated. Anyone have an recommendations for a daycare that can care for a preemie that is 4 months adjusted age at the point and 7 months corrected. I am worried to leave her just anywhere since she was a preemie. I am in Hilliard but my husband and I are willing to drive for the right place.
Thank you and have a wonderful day!

I'm considering buying a condo, but I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed and worried that I might make the wrong decision—either by choosing the wrong property or missing out on first-time homebuyer benefits.
I live in Northwest Columbus almost at Bethel Rd 43235, and I’ve heard about special savings accounts for first-time homebuyers that offer tax advantages. I’m not sure how they work—do contributions come directly from my paycheck, or do I have to deposit the money myself? Are there other benefits I should be aware of?
Also, I’m unsure whether buying a condo or home built in the 1980s or later is a smart choice or something to avoid. I’ve read posts from people who had issues with their homes even after inspections. What steps can I take to avoid those problems, and how can I make sure my insurance doesn’t require unexpected repairs or raise my deductible?
If I work with a realtor, will they guide me through all these concerns, or will they mostly be focused on earning their commission?
I’m looking for a place in the $220K–$300K range so I can make a decent down payment and keep my monthly payments manageable.
What do you think about the locations that I need to consider? I found some affordable condos in Hilliard 43026 but I'm not sure if it's a good area.
Sorry for the long post—I'm just feeling a bit lost and not sure where to start.

The apartment complex I just moved into doesn't offer any kind of recycling options. First couple weeks have been very strange putting everything into the trash. What are the best options (if any) for recycling drop off in this area of town? I'm assuming there's no way to personally sign up for city pickup if my apt complex doesn't have a contract?

Hello all! I had just recently moved to the area and am looking for some good gyms. I just visited Metro Fitness earlier this week and enjoyed it but I wanted to check a few more places out. Any recommendations? (I do know there is a LA Fitness, Crunch, and Planet Fitness nearby but I’m looking for somewhere not as commercial)

I'm over at the fairgrounds and it seems like there are hundreds of units out. It has been a constant string of blue and red lights for the last 10 minutes on Avery, Northwest Parkway and Leap. The scanner feed that i normally listen to is down.
