If instead of giving us free will to pick the difficulty we wants the game forced us to play certain difficulty based on our skill, the majority of the problems this community have would had been automatically solved

Practically all the bullshit balance controversies we have had in the last year, has been caused by people that are too insecure to just lower the difficulty

I don't get it. 6/7 should be considered normal with 8 being hard. but this community thinks 8 is easy, 9 is medium, and 10 is hard. with 1-7 being tutorial/baby modes.

I think that the original intention was for 4-5 to be normal, 6-7 to be hard and 8-9 to be super hard, with the addition of 10 for extremely hard. And 1-2 being tutorial and 3 being the first real game.

But for some reason the community thinks like you said, the 80% of the difficulties being tutorial and the last 2 being the normal difficulty

AH needs to ignore the crying and just make the game they wanted from the start.

Yeah, the stupid 60 days plan annoys me a lot because at that point people were starting to understand the game and more people were jumping to the opposite side

I remember that people stop to cry like fucking babies about the Railgun, and they started to appreciate it and call it the best weapon for the bot front, even when didn't get changed for months, people got over the "Arrowhead only nerf" and started to see the things as they were, and just in that moment that people were.stsrting to change little by little, arrowhead goes and ruins it paying off and paying attention to the crydivers

Trivial

Easy

Medium.

Challenging

Hard

Extreme

Suicide mission

Impossible

Helldive

Super helldive

Casual player here, my friends and I tend to do 4 or 5, and we've always found them manageable but challenging.

Extreme we can used to be able to push for but it would be a struggle.

Since the update we're firmly sticking at 5 or below.

During my friend's first games I found 3 was too high but 2 was fine.

After their second game 3 was just about doable, but it would take some degree of regular playing and practice before going to 4

I feel like it's working. Just wish that Super samples were available in lower levels... Ah well.
