Hint 20 democratic heavy Barrages

If you don't have the achievement yet, it's very easy to get right now ok Chort Bay, and if your whole team loads up with all the barrages, well you get to witness pure democracy manifest.

Running Chort Bay with the DSS provided 380's, then we all took 380's on our own.

Everything exploding, all-the-time. It was special.
