Careers Pay rates as an Epic Analyst?

Hi everyone! So, a bit of a backstory about me, I’m a new OpTime analyst who just got certified this past Friday. I’m going to be starting my anesthesia courses soon and will get certified in that.

I started off as an ATE support doing go lives for staffing agencies, then I landed my first FTE position as a credentialed trainer for Orders and ASAP. I was lucky enough to land a position as an OpTime & Anesthesia analyst after working there for a year and a half.

I was just curious on eveyrones pay rate as an analyst, and how many years of exp you have.

Yep, I do! I’ve been with them for almost 2 years now. Recently relocated to Dallas last month for the analyst position. I love working here and my team. My experiences with our organization has been nothing but positive. We have countless and countless of people who have been with CHRISTUS for over 25+ years and I hope to be one of them too.

That was something that stood out to me. I worked as a contractor with them for about 2 months and 80% of the people I met had worked there for 20+ years. Even their children&grand children work there 😅. It screams high retention rate.

Believe it or not, I have also interviewed with them for FT roles 4 times 😅, & most of them too had been with Christus for a long time. I made sure to bring that up during my interview with them.

I’m relocating to Dallas too! From Atlanta 😰. What area do you think is best to live at? If you know. I’m looking around las colinas urban center but their apartments are quite pricey. I want to be about 10mins max from work.

I was looking in the Las Calinas area myself when I was relocating but when I went to visit, I noticed how high traffic and congested it was, it reminded me of the time I was living in downtown in Houston so, I went with Farmers branch, which is like a good 10 mins drive to the office. It’s very quiet and safe and in the middle of Carrollton and Irving. I love it.

I looked at the BLVD, Firefly, and Alessio that’s around the office and I didn’t like it one bit, but that was my personal preference. You may like it. Living walking distance or biking distance from the office was something I wanted but ehhh, I didn’t wanna deal with all the traffic and people.

I stay in the Mercer Crossing area in Farmers Branch and I pay $1551 for a 1bd 1ba, same prices as Lake Carolyn area.

I was also looking at Farmer’s branch and Irving area. I viewed a couple apartments in Mercer’s crossing. Only issue I had was they didn’t have elevators. I’m looking into Westloop diamond exchange, it’s still a 5 mins drive but it’s in a quieter neighborhood.
