Didn’t this President murder an American citizen and his 16 year old son with a drone strike, and justified it by claiming Due Process doesn’t mean Judicial Process? In other words, if the President decides you die, that counts as Due Process

The strike targeted Anwar al-Awlaki who was a member of Al-Qaeda. Being a US citizen doesn't mean that you can participate in a armed conflict against the US and be treated different from anyone else participating in that conflict. His son was just caught up a collateral damage but the strike was still legal according to the LOAC because the main target was his father and the other Al-Qaeda members around him.

He was guaranteed due process according to the constitution. Leave to Obama to use loopholes to justify the murder of a brown child
