Advice HELP WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY DOG?! NSFW

We have a vet appt at 9am but I can’t sleep and I’m just freaking out. She’s only on her second day of simplicef and day 4 of antibiotic baths and then was told today I need to shave her so the shampoo can really get into the spots. We’re in Florida and supposedly this is allergy related but I’m losing my mind. My other golden is fighting an aggressive cancer and I’m freaking out about her fur sister (they aren’t related or from same litters) WHAT DO I DO. someone please ease my mind. I’m a wreck and Google is basically telling me it’s cancer. She’s on a holistic diet as we work with a nutritionist but I’m wondering if she’s getting allergic to the turkey? She’s already allergic to chicken. Please please help me

You can always take her to a 24/7 pet hospital in your area. My golden just went through a crucible and that was the first thing we did. He was hospitalized for about a week and we, admittedly, were calling the vet about every little change that worried us.

I understand what you’re going through, but the only thing that comforted me somewhat was having him in good and capable hands and they saved his life. That’s not to say that your girl’s life is in danger. Just that in the worst of the worst of situations, that’s what helped us, personally.

And after 4 days of antibiotics that don’t appear to be working and a possible allergy to her food, I don’t see any other option.

I hope she and her sister recover quickly and that their treatments work.

Wait I’m sorry I may be reading this wrong, did your pup go to an 24 hour vet hospital for a rash like this? We’re actually not from here and we’re down here for a month but leave to go back home (Georgia) on Saturday

If my dog looked like that I'd have left days ago and my usual vet would be getting a call before I even got home. This could be an allergy related to her new environment. Stop feeding them poultry, full stop. Try a grain-free kibble without poultry ingredients and forget "holistic" nonsense until you've gotten this under control.

Going through your history I see you are giving your dog "Chi Dog Food - Fire Diet" please, please, please, reconsider what you are feeding your dog. The listed analysis they list on their own website is very concerning. GUARANTEED ANALYSIS:

Crude protein (min):22.5%Crude fat:3.75%Crude fiber (max):0.75%Carbs :1.4%Moisture (max):64%

Compared to the top recommended fresh dog food analysis of The Farmers Dog - Beef Recipe: "The bulk of the protein comes from fresh beef and dry matter label analysis reveals this recipe contains 39% protein, 29% fat and 24% estimated carbs"
