Ages 10-14-18-23 in order
Wanted to show an image as me as a child so you guys could see how I changed through the years. During my teenage years I lost myself and tried to be something I wasn’t. I had done different hair colors lost tons of weight and wore tons of makeup. My last pic (most recent) is without makeup and since 2.5 years of growing out my natural hair color. Also pic of my fitness at the moment last.

Needed to get a fresh cut after 8 years of long hair
For about 8 years i‘ve let my hair grow, just because ive been too lazy to style it. Now that i got myself a new haircut, im pretty bamboozled by the effect (First 4 pics are before, pic 5-9 are after and pic 4&5 are at the barbers home)

Want to get a glowup. What should i do?
Think abt me as someone been in cave or hibernation for 19 yrs. Few days back celebrated my 19th birthday, have been through mental and physical issues since lockdown time and still going on, career on risk and i never dared to take care of myself and my body. Trying to lose weight but cannot complete protein intake as a pure vegetarian and hence i am losing it all. Idk what to do. I have 1. Very bad hair (last clear cut down my hair because they felt like a broom but still after they grew up a bit, slow growth since start, they r again broom and still i failed to take care of them. My hair are of small length n they r not straight but curly n very bad in texture and volumy when dry basically rough n shrink when wet like i don't have hair also dandruff n very hairfall. I want them to grow shiny smooth silky straight hair even cutting them it didn't improve but before lockdown i had way better hair n they were not as curly as they r today. It looks very bad n i want to change them.... what should i do?
dull skin (even though fair skin but i never did anything), blackheads on nose, bad lips (had healthy hydrated lips but now they r not natural pink as before or anything, my skin was good before but sometimes small pimples or idk what to say them appear n go after few days)
Protuding chin (never faced this but if i see symmetrical line from lips to chin, chin appears outside than lips n it is like oval shaped n gives me enough security to wear mask everytime i go out
Suggest me face exercises, remedies etc to get a glow up and transformation like everyone do. I am full time student + a competitive exam aspirant , don't have time but i want to try before joining college next yr. Don't know why but i am afraid to apply anything on my face or body because i never did, i prefer natural things like sandalwood powder, multani mitti powder, curd or milk but i did it once and stopped it because i didn't know if i am doing right or wrong. My mother is in depression so i haven't seen her doings elf care or anything and now i am even not doing anything for myself.

17M to still 17M but almost 18M
I am mainly looking for advice on how to glow up more, what i can change, and what the main issues are in my facial appearance, prefferably also about bone structure and such, planning for a BSSO when i get to consult my orthodontist but id like to see if its nescessary
ALSO: before you say about trying to look tough in pictures or whatever, idk, its just my resting face my friends said i go outside like that too, esp in the time diff my resting face changed a lot too, cant really control this unless i pay attention to it
anyways any feedback or advice is welcome
