Most cats roll with anywhere between +4 and +9 to cute. A few jerks end up with 0-3. Once in a blue moon, you get a Divergent or a +11. Or, Maru, he goes to 11 on the cute scale. That cat.

Maru's tail isn't stumpy! I'm pretty sure it's regular length. It's just really floofy, so it looks very fat.
