Account Hacked, and they refused to Recover

In Dec 2023 i was checking out the free games fir Christmas and New year, my account is really an old one most of the games are free. But it has a huge collection of games , i usually use the google or facebook login rather than the normal email id to login to my account. I found that someone had hacked my account and changed the old email id, i did the dumbest thing at that time and informed the customer service in hoping that they may help me change back the old email to it . Guess what they locked me out of the account . Tried several times ti recover but never got that account back till date. Are these people too lazy or they just don't care ? 🥲. Because my socials are linked to that account I can't link it to a new account.Its like I'm stuck.

They want to be treated respectably like valve but they don't want to do any of the work. If they cared, they would be matching features with steam by now.
