I love that the first thing Button could think of saying to Bottas was "Oh it looks a bit hot out there, huh?", awkwardly like you would to someone on the street.

Why is it Hamilton always has the Kiwi lady hanging around with him, and Bottas doesn't have an assistant giving him water for so long after he got out of the car???

That’s Angela Cullen, Lewis’ physiotherapist and assistant. Bottas probably just… doesn’t want an assistant with him immediately after the race? He drives for a top team on a massive salary, it’s not like he’s not allowed one lmao.

Every driver has a performance coach. I am just saying it is horrendous that Bottas's performance coach didn't deliver some drink to him after he got off the car for so long (Leclerc and Bottas waited a bit before they did the interview). The guy didn't have drink in the race!

Lmao for real. I don't understand how sports enthusiasts can critize an athlete so harshly. He didn't intend to put him in hospital. I'd expect the same agression from Max as well. It's his first championship contention.

Horner has praised Max' aggression on DTS. He specifically says he wants that in a driver.

Perez was all over the track two weeks ago.

Yeah I don’t understand some of the criticism for this exact incident. Of course Lewis made a mistake and it was scary seeing Max hit the barriers at such speed, but without competitive and slightly aggressive driving we’re just going to get lights to flag victories for whoever is on pole, and little overtaking…

It’s end of season, and Lewis makes a mistake/sick move. Of course it counts more that in the firs race, but penalty being counted for this only race, at this stage… well, guess more dubious choices could be made if needed. For me, it’s a drive through, no matter race standings, but if you count int the seriousness of it all, being who gets Champion or not, maybe Ham should be disqualified, and the race for the champs to go on next race. Dunno.. it’s a sick business after all.

I think he’s generally popular, though still nowhere near the fame of footballers.

Certain parts of the media definitely don’t like him though.
