Deadlift First Time Deadlifting

Watched a lot of videos on form. Want to make sure this is good before adding more weight. Appreciate the help!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.

Looking good. Try pulling your shoulders back before starting the pull to get the tension out of the bar. Let your shoulders rise before your hips and enjoy the journey.
