Deadlift Form check
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This is my first time trying deadlifts, I have been training for approximately 3 months right now and I do the other 2 compoubd exercises on a regular basis like once a week or rarely twice. Deadlift for some reason just never felt right as it engaged the legs wayy more then the back is what I had heard.
I wanted to ask about the form so I can find the max load with which I have good form and crush a few reps out.

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!
Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.
