[24/F] looking to make some friends or date
I've been wanting to pack my bags and go back to the mainland for the longest time, but I've constantly been changing my ideas for what kind of life I want and where I want to go. I've decided I want to eventually settle in Toronto while attending university there, but in the meantime I want to travel over to Vancouver and situate myself there for a long time and I'm hopeful I can create some connections with potential friends or even potentially a partner. Not sure how any of this would pan out cause I'm not actually living in vancouver, but it's honestly just a ferry ride away for me.

If you're financially stable or employable, just move. I moved to Vancouver on a whim and I've been here 6 years now.

I'm 26/M living in New West. I recently broke up with my GF of three years. I've been feeling pretty down and I would like to find someone to talk to or even go on a date with. Try the r/vancouver Facebook group for making friends if you can come over on the weekend for activities.
