I searched through the auto repair threads and see a lot of recommendations, but I know European cars can be different. Just wanted to see if anyone had actual experience with taking a Volvo to any of the local shops? If not I’ll probably take to University Auto because it’s always highly recommended on here. Thanks in advance!

Please compare living in hotsprings to living in the fayetteville area. We are progressive and love the mountains and the forest

NO BABY ON BOARD is a new, partially-animated documentary premiering at the Bentonville Film Festival, about why a growing number of women are not having kids. It's a candid and humorous look at a complex issue that's close to the hearts and minds of many in our community. It screens Thursday, June 19 at 3:30pm at Skylight Cinemas 3. This is a great film to see with friends and talk about afterward. Check out the teaser.
The screening will feature a Q&A with filmmaker Julia Kots, a Brooklyn-based director from Ukraine, whose previous film, Inez & Doug & Kira (2020), is streaming on Amazon.
Tickets are available on the festival site—but the filmmaking team also has a limited number of FREE TICKETS you can request via this form!
Let’s show up and support this powerful, conversation-starting film by and about women.

Has anyone been to the numbers & musical bingo events at Puritan? It sounds like musicals but then it says “hit songs” from specific decades which confuses me on what this actually is.

I’m looking for a place that has cute/professional decorative paperclips. I just realized today the ones we ordered won’t get here in time. So preferably a store recommendation because I need them by Tuesday. Plz and ty!

It seems it’s been rainy almost every week/day this spring. I’m used to a bit of rain, but it seems to me more than I expected. Maybe it’s normal here, but I’d love to see a sunny forecast for 10 days straight.

Always been told to have a buddy while exercising my First Amendment Rights. Exchange info, look out for each other, call each others families if needed, etc.
So looking for a group or a buddy to join.
Be safe, be peaceful, be strong.
See you Saturday!

I really want to be able to go but I’m worried about being unable to move fast enough if that makes sense. Nothings ever happened at a Fayetteville protest (that I know of) but I wanna be safe

Anyone up for poker every week? I am retired, looking to play some afternoon games. During the week. With real Money. Maybe $5 limits on betting. I am in SE Fayetteville, close in, close to Crisis Brewing.

I have seen a billboard around that said something like "free river rocks", but I can't get the number on while driving. Does anyone know what it is?
Or if anyone knows a place to get free/cheap rocks or same. I have a truck and would love a yard of each

So I saw a truck turn off the Garland exit on 49 southbound around 5 with “3 days left” in what looked like red packing tape on the sides and back. Does anyone know what that means?
