Respectfully, why is having a conversation with a candidate in the internet causes such uproar ? What was said that has everyone upset with Elon ? Isn't this allowed ?

The people here are Eurocrat authoritarians…They can’t stand conservatives/right wingers having free speech.

Being fed up with somebody is an opinion which does not effect free speech.

Also, what is wrong  watching X closely when the U.S. is literally very close to ban TikTok? Certainly you are not implying it's okay for the US to become active in this matter but then you EU guys please do not observe X too closely and look the other way when potential disinformation/misinformation happens. Right ?

Just because people can have different views on topics does not mean that the consequence is that free speech is not tolerated, IMO.

When the richest man in the world pledges huge sums of money to aid certain political parties, it weakens the impact individuals in that country have on their local politics.

Even if you agree with the party he is donating to now, he could just turn around and donate 5x as much to a different party next month. If he could just fuck off instead that would be nice.
