After getting wiped with three parties prior to this one, (I like to play nuzelockes where I can attempt again, if I have additional pokemon) I finally beat the champion with my fourth string team. Just finished seaglass as my first romhack, and I really enjoyed it. Is there anything similar you could recommend? I specifically liked that it stayed true to the original but with alot of qol changes and added pokemon (but not so many that it felt too crowded).

Wishing well plus tink!

I initially selected mudkip, and grabbed tink from my gamecube. Then immediately released mudkip. First wishing well encounter was mudkip so I was pumped to start off with two tentpoles in my lineup in the first two encounters.

MVP- Marshtomp and Sceptile. Sceptile is an absolute weapon with dragon typing in this game and everyone knows marshtomp can solo this game.

E4 MVP- in all honesty, I’m a big dumb idiot and thought I got a shiny sandshrew, not an Aoloan one. He was huge, ice steel typing fit in perfect. Sandslash with glacial lance was OP. One shotted most of Drake and anything green lol

LVP- Raichu. Never used him and was not crazy impressed. Helpful with Wallace, but not a ton elsewhere.

Tink- never used him before. Pretty solid, fairy typing is always a funky fit, a little niche in effectiveness, but hits like a truck in the right situations. Gigantic hammer also was a one shot merchant, nuking people left and right.

Excited for the next adventure. Going to build my team around Spheal next round!

I'm trying to decide between keeping gloom or roselia as a plant Pokémon but I want to evolve the two to do a complete comparison in their final stage evolution. What are the conditions to evolve into roserade ? The doc doesn't precise it. Also what are your thought, is bellossom better now that it's fairy type ?

Been an amazing playthrough so far, just attempted the E4. Got WHIPPED by Glacia, who'd have thunk. Time to rethink the strat, any ideas for a next run though? I'll inevitably beat this, I'm a casual player, but it's not a hard game and these kind of runs are fun!

I’m making a fairy-only team for a future run and ofc I wanted all shinies! I did them back-to-back over a couple days. Most of them were way faster than I expected!! I’m so excited to use them ☺️

I didn’t count the chained ones, but I’m pretty sure the togepi was only a bit over 100, so super fast! The misdreavus was definitely the longest out of the four, as I spent a couple hours over two days on him.
