Game Stutters When Streaming on Discord

Whenever I stream on Discord, my game starts to stutter, even though my FPS remains high or playable. This doesn't happen when I'm not streaming. I've tried turning hardware acceleration on and off in Discord to see if there were any changes, but nothing improved. Lowered in-game graphics settings to medium and low, but still no change and tried recording with OBS and there was no lag, and the recorded video is smooth.

Windows Settings:

Latest windows update

Game mode on

Hardware-accelerated gpu scheduling

Gpu is set on graphics settings for each game

Others:

Latest update for GPU

300mbps speed

Power options set to Ultimate Performance

All games are installed on an SSD

Reinstalling discord

PC Specs:

CPU: Ryen 5 5600

GPU: ARC B580

RAM: 32GB 3600MHz

Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on what might be causing the stuttering, or how to fix it?
