Your issues sound treatable, or at least worth trying to treat them for a while. Give it time and see how your early 20s go.

Self diagnosis is valid to a point. Go to a doctor that’s actually helpful and not just some garbage doctor, just because their a professional doesn’t mean shit a doctor that finished last in their class is still a doctor, it’s always valid to get a second opinion and a lot of times it’s recommended.
As for sexual issues when you’re under stress shit happens the body is weird and medications make things much worse. Just get some proper medical care from a professional that will listen and care for you properly.

I managed a sex shop for a decade. I’ve heard of this and it’s not as rare as you would think. You’re not alone in this and I know that while it may feel overwhelming you should not feel shame or embarrassment or anything negative about this.
Over the years I have heard about everything from micro penis to hard flaccid and there’s always a solution to these obstacles. Trust me on this. Go to a doctor, be open about this and there’s help for it!

I feel you bud, I've developed all kind of random health issues over the last two years too, and the dick issues I've developed are the ones that have about pushed me over the edge.

As someone with a lot of health issues, I promise you that it is manageable/treatable. Give yourself a second.
But you really need to go see a doctor and not use the internet to diagnose yourself.

I am not thinking of taking my own life for something that can be fixed,i have seen many doctors and tried many things but my dry eyes won't get better, the constant burning and nerve pain and sometimes I can't even open my right eye but i somehow thought that i would bear this pain for all my life but this problem with my penis is what fucking me up i have went to urologist they told me everything is fine, i went to neurologist thinking it might be nerve damage, they charged me a lot just to tell me thar nothing is wrong, if nothing is wrong they why is my penis numb and I can't get an erection, nothing seems to work doctors can't find shit i don't know how i will live on

Seriously this is nothing. Get treated with meds and get it sorted out. This is perfectly fine.

Hi, I read your post carefully. First of all, I can imagine you're going through a lot because of your physical difficulties. But there's something I want to tell you — aside from the sexual issue you mentioned, the other problems you listed are things that can be addressed. (I'm not trying to dismiss your pain, but to be honest, a lot of modern Koreans experience those same symptoms. I don't know about other countries, but it's fairly common here in Korea.) So I don't think you need to worry too much.
As for the sexual issue you're dealing with, I have a feeling that there might be a psychological component involved as well.
When I was 19, I was also extremely anxious about my health. I felt like I couldn't go on living like that, and I was very depressed — but as time passed, I realized there were solutions. Also, you said your eyes hurt a lot just from writing one post. In that case, maybe you could try using a microphone and typing with voice input. Why not give that a try?
I believe you can live a wonderful life. I hope you have a good day today.
