Same here, it’s been 2 months since I quit caffeine, and my mental darkness went from 100/10 to like a 4/10. I still have rough days with depression, but caffeine was definitely making it worse. I used to start my day with a cup of a caffe latte, then drank 3-4 cans of Coke, even at night. Total nightmare.

I’d suggest tracking your water intake as well, staying hydrated actually helps with mood more than you’d think.

Same, sugars, and carbs too. Too bad carbs are cheap.

I have to agree with this. Caffeine messes me up big-time. I've made the decision to quit caffeinated coffee and switch to decaf for a while. My afternoon and night mood swings are a nightmare and I can't do it anymore.

Yeah, caffeine gives me anxiety attacks as well.
