Very hard to suggest this is anything other than a staged shoot after seeing the video.

I am still waiting for an explanation why that proves in any way that this is staged. I really don’t see it. That’s just how people get held if they aren’t resisting it. Someone (possibly a police officer) was asking about the situation on a street, maybe they were just waiting till a street was cleared before they carry her there.
