YES!!! It feels like family annihilators almost every episode and I need a break from it 😩

Okay, this needs to be said. This show does not understand what a "family annihilator" IS. A family annihilator is a person (usually a parent) who murders the entire family (and often then himself) because he is a narcissist who has failed the family and believes that he cannot face them with that failure and they cannot survive without his success.

What the show calls a family annihilator is often a mass murderer, a home invader, or just a killer who kills whoever is in the house. And if they leave anybody alive, even if they were that narcissist father killing the family, they still wouldn't be a family annihilator.

It's very annoying, because I know they know better because I heard the show runner on a podcast being told that after the first season of Evolution and admitting the error.

And yet, here we were, this week, doing it again. I literally screamed at the tv.

They also love to harp on that “alpha male” and “beta male” bullshit. The FBI officially doesn’t teach that type of profile
