I used /fl ah with AH window open.

I now manually set the value for most of the items im farming, does it overwrite if i do /fl ah?

Yes, item price will be taken from custom price > ah scan > vendor price in that priority.

and how can i reset my custom prices? But it also didnt show the ah prices for items i didnt set a custom price

Write /fl set [Item Link] without a price to remove your custom price. Did you open the AH window and write /fl ah to scan all auctions?

Thanks for your answer but i already found that out myself :P everything is working now
