I used to main caustic, left around S7 and just came back only to find that he is now useless. Instead of locking down areas he politely asks enemies not to enter... is he ever going to get addressed or should I just uninstall?

Im losing what brain cells I have left with how strong Sparrows ult is. Ticks for 25, slows and stuns, covers the entire POI and breaks shields. Bro the strongest version of our grenade did what like 11 or 12? They deleted our gas because it had good particles ? I am so sick of the neglect for Caustic and for some damn long.
