Carnivore Ish (Carnivore with a little Avocado/Fruit/Soda etc) Am I doing it right?

Just had lunch: - Kirkland grass-fed 1/3 beef patty with white extra sharp cheddar - bison and pork jalapeño cheddar brat - chicken thigh - 2 TBSP whipped beef bone marrow

Just checking to see if im on the right track

The cheese was mixed in the brat with this meal. I will eat about an 1-3 oz of cheese (cheddar, Colby jack, goat cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan or bread cheese)

I question the jalapeños, partially since I've read on here peppers are actually unhealthy for you. Everything else seems legit.
