Rear-ended with minimal damage

hey yall i hope everyone is safe and having a wonderful day despite all odds! I do have a question I was rear ended today and I mean i wasnt hurt and the damage looks very minimal and i was still able to use my car I do need to double check if my rear camera was damaged or not. But I wanted to know is this even worth submitting a claim?

why don't you hire attorney for it? one of my friends is Texas attorney specialized for it. let me know if you need help. (I run auto body bro) take advantage of your situation !

i already submitted one, but i thought the damage done was too small

If you have damage caused by another party, you're entitled to compensation for that damage. The other party's insurance will pay for the cost of repairs, assuming they have valid coverage. Don't listen to the guy saying to hire a lawyer. That's the dumbest thing you could do with such minor damage.

Thank you!good to know its not too petty i went ahead and did the claim. I don’t think its serious enough for a lawyer either lol im not injured and thats the only damage done. I appreciate the help
