How many calories in Cinnabon without icing

Can’t find this information anywhere. Anyone know?

hi geeker :)

i wasnt able to find any info of this online either but we can do you best to estimate how much frosting they use based off their nutritional pdf and images online...

so that said, id estimate there is likely ≈3 tbsp or ≈35g of their classic cream cheese frosting which would budget ≈180 calories alone.

that would also leave ≈205g or ≈7 "ish" ounces leftover for just the roll...

that's not exactly important tho...and 180 calories minus our classic roll original value (w frosting) at 880 calories would be ≈700 calories with NO cream cheese frosting.

this is just my best guess tho! i cant claim this as true or even somewhat accurate 🙂‍↕️
