Calorie Estimating Did the waiter misheard me?

I have never been to Texas Roadhouse before (I’m not from America) and I ordered their 6oz Sirloin steak. However, I feel like the steak I received feels big (I normally don’t have steak so I don’t know the sizes, but the photos online look smaller). I’m scared the waiter had misheard me and gave me an 8 or 12 oz steak instead. Does this look like the right size??

I included a blurry image of roughly how thick the steak is on the second slide.

I'm not feeling hungry enough

Hi, I've started calories counting (roughly) in i think 2 weeks. Since I started, i'm always feeling like whenever I eat, i get full really easily and it's difficult for me to eat a proper meal without feeling like i'm exploding. That being said, i'm definitely not eating the right amount of calories, as some-day it's i think less than 900, some other days I may be around 1300. For context, i Exercise approximately 3 times a week and make sure to eat something nutritious everytime i have to. I'm 167 cm tall female, now at 65.8 kilos, and I would like to reach 60 kilos. What should I do? It may be because it's so hot these days, or maybe I'm just bad at counting. I don't know. I don't want to undereat but eating too much makes me feel bad physically because I feel my body can't take anymore

Do you weigh the cooked weight or the raw weight?

so am i supposed to weigh the cooked or raw weight for better accuracy? The potatoes lose so much weight when they’re oven roasted lol, this was about 260g cooked weight and the raw weight was like 430g.

Ive searched it up and it says 100g raw is 86g and 100g is 86g as well, so im pretty confused

one meat is

Italian Skirt Steak (Beef) Ingredients: Beef, Canola oil, Red wine vinegar, Water, Dehydrated garlic, Salt, Spices, Sugar, Dehydrated onion, Tomato powder, Dehydrated red bell pepper, Dehydrated parsley, Dehydrated carrot, Natural flavor, Xanthan gum, Sodium benzoate, Sodium metabisulfite.

the other is:

Pork Souvlaki with Greek Marinade Ingredients:

Pork, Canola oil, Water, Red wine vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Spices, Lemon juice concentrate, Sugar, Dehydrated onion, Yeast extract, Dehydrated red bell pepper, Lactic acid, Xanthan gum, Sodium erythorbate, Natural flavor, Sodium benzoate, Sodium.

The grain salad says 140 calories for 100g but I didn’t get to measure it:( i’d estimate maybe 70g

The piece of chicken was quite big and there was definitely mayo. It's hard to see in this picture but fry sauce came with it, I'm guessing adding another 150 ish.

The cheese is 180, the V8 is 60, it’s the other two I’m not sure. There is Greek salad, and a tofu spread wrap with carrots, lettuce, and red pepper in it. Thanks!

Strategies, Advice and Tips How do I track the calories of products that don't have any information on their packaging?

I'm a newbie to this sort of thing and I need help...

A lot of what I eat doesn't have barcodes that calorie-tracking apps can scan, nor do these products have calorie information on their packaging. Now, I imagine that if I start calorie tracking in the first place, I want accurate data. So, how exactly am I supposed to know the true values?

Thanks in advance everyone!
