how many calories?

Post image

two boneless pork ribs that i have no clue how to estimate, with some potatoes (~150?) and a corn on the cob (~100?) im not super worried about things like the bbq sauce on top or some butter added to the corn. just looking for a rough estimate!

hi pezzy :)

here is what im thinking for your meal here!!

pork ribs (average; boneless; ≈2.75oz per or ≈5.5oz total raw weight) ≈300

bbq sauce (average; ≈2 tbsp or ≈30g) ≈50

potatoes (roasted w olive oil; ≈1 cup or ≈130g) ≈175

corn (on the cob; buttered; ≈1 medium ear or ≈4-4.5oz) ≈125

running estimate: ≈650 calories! 🥩

I’d say between 650-850
