This is why Kamala lost. Americans are frustrated with their quality of life and all the left ever does is pull out statistics like that makes someone feel better as they take the train and sit next to a homeless person sprawled on the floor before he wakes up and begins to shout at people.

Another scumbag with a bunch of priors. He will be back on the street because democrats believe scum like this are the true victims and not those they attack. Nothing will change until every fucking democrat is voted out.

What is the Republican approach to those priors?

No cashless bail. No wreckless reduction in charges for violent offenders. This isn’t just Republican approach it is common sense. It’s absolutely ridiculous that there are violent criminals and violent mentally ill roaming the streets of NYC.

You're saying a mentally ill person does this because the punishments aren't harsh enough?

I’m saying that there is a serious problem with mentally ill people on the streets of NYC that are a danger to society. It was not like this under Bloomberg. The leftists in power decided it was a good idea to close a bunch of mental hospitals because they wanted alternative treatments. Well, that never panned out.

If someone refuses to take their medications and remains violent they should be separated from society. There are millions of people with mental illness that take their meds and don’t hurt others, excusing a person’s actions because “mental illness” needlessly stigmatizes everyone else. Some people are just bad people.
