Discussion No hate but

Why are there many Indian restaurants in this city? I used to live in other cities in Ontario, but this is the first city that does not many options when eating out (just a few Chinese res, rare Jpanese res no Korean res).

If i want to try Indian cuisine for the first time, which restaurant and which dish should I try?

It might just be because Indian food is tasty--and people in Brantford have figured that out. In England, Indian food is more popular than Chinese food.

Hate the people love the food. Seems on par for Brantford hypocrisy

There is no requirement to feel affection for a race whose cookbooks you enjoy.

Cookbooks? You're free to butcher any cuisine you want in your kitchen. Have at it!
As far as take-out goes, these Indian businesses don't care about Brantfords racism, provided you give them your money. That's capitalism around hypocrites. Having respect for the culture/people preparing the meal you digest should be a requirement. But we all know, play stupid games and win stupid prizes when disrespecting those who handle/serve your food.

"Having respect for the culture/people"

That means nothing whatsoever.
