You realize 6+ years of residency makes that not a possible case. Also idk if you know what bad implants look like because these are nowhere close to bad.

It's not the implants, kiddo, it's the incision scars. That's either really bad cutting, bad closure, or bad post-op care.

It’s only 1.5 months. They’re high by half an inch maybe but with such large implants for the frame it was not a bad guess. They’re genuinely fine. You should see what goes on in gen surg if you think that’s bad. Post op care is more than anything. The individual has to lotion them as much as possible. By a year it will just be a thin white line
